Jared has helped us purchase our first home, refinance, and assist us with our next home purchase. He responds quickly and is always so grateful for our loyalty. As we "shop" around for another property he quickly gets us information we need to assure we make the right decision and never makes us feel like we are bothering him or asking him too much questions. We appreciate his patience as we trty to decide on our next property and always makes us feel as if we are his only customer!

Justin was very hands on in my process in buying a home. He walked me through every step of the process and everything went without a hiccup. He is also very easily available for any questions or concerns that you may have. I can see Justin doing very well in this field has his personality suits the business very well.

I recently purchased my first home in December of 2013 in Honolulu, HI. It took a while to find the right place, but once I identified the place I wanted, I had to decide who to close my loan with. I shopped around and met with a number of different people from different companies. For the most part, everyone I met with had similar rates. I ultimately decided to go with Justin Matsukawa becuase it was clear that he my best intrest in mind. He gave me all my options and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Justin was always accessible and thoroughly answered all questions and concerns. Justin recommended that I set my loan up in a way where his company would actually make LESS money in the end, but he knew it was the best route for me. At that point, I knew I had made the right decision on who to go with. The hardest part is finding someone you can trust, especially if you are a first time homebuyer. The process was stress free and I had no doubt that they were going to close early. Even after everytihng closed, Justin checked in with me on a regular basis to make sure everything was ok. He truly cares about the people he works with and will no doubt help you make the best decision. He is extremely professional, honest, knowledgable, and simply a great person in general. If you are looking to purchase a home, I HIGHLY recommend Justin Matsukawa. Thank you again Justin for helping me purchase my first home.
