Jared was very attentive and always available through the whole process of my refinance. He kept me informed of all the steps that needed to be completed by me and the timeline that it needed to be completed. He made it a very easy and great experience. I would definitely recommend him.

Jared, has been very reponsive during an after completion of re-fianance of condo.When difulculties araised he has always been helpful.In my opinion he has been very helpful an he does go over an beyond what is required of him.

Jared Kato was very professional and helpful in numerous way. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions that should have been answered by my real estate agent. Mr. Kato was more than willing to assit me with answering my questions even though these questions were not part of his job or even in his area of expertise. Mr. Kato would have an answer for all my numerous questions within 24 hours and still keeps in contact until this day. Highly recommended

Nelson Oyadomari is a great person to work with. He is very patient and knowledgeable in regards to all the options available to new and second home buyers. I've used Nelson for my first and for my second home purchase as well as a refinance, each time he was very nice to my family and my needs. He takes time to understand my goals and gives me options. Not just trying to make a dollar, he understands that the experience and the happiness of the home owner is top of mind. He has talked me through step by step, each time. Explaining to me so I could understand what was happening and what would be happening next. He has a solid team of professionals working with him, making sure to dot every I and cross every T.
