My clients, 1st time VA Buyers were working with a large VA Lender NOT in Hawaii. We opened escrow, missed the Conditional Loan deadline, was unable to reach the lender in charge of the case, and my buyers were frustrated and worried that we would fall out of transaction. We filed an extension to closing, because we were still waiting in line to have the file reviewed. It was time to make a switch, I reached out to Linda, and then we started moving!
