As a real estate investor, I've had the opportunity to work with several different mortgage companies over the years. When I purchased my first property, I had no clue what I was doing and just used the mortgage company recommended by my real estate agent. It's only after I was introduced to Nelson and his team of loan officers that I realized that not all loan officers are the same. Nelson and his team took the time to explain things to me so that I could understand and make an informed decision based on my future plans. There are many factors that are involved in deciding which mortgage is best for you. Should you go with a 15 or 30 year loan, pay points or no points, arm or fixed, owner occupant or investor, personal or business loan? Nelson and his team of loan officers were able to help guide me through the entire decision making process and made sure that I fully understood the pros and cons of the different options available to me.

Your lender for life...that's Nelson...for him it's all about earning and keeping your trust. It's enough to get through all the compliance requirements in lending. It's like trying to find your way through the Byzantine Empire. But Nelson not only gets you through it, he is always able to find some resolution to the collateral hurdles that always inevitably get thrown your way.
