Justin walked me step by step through the the process of structuring and closing my loan and made the experience very easy and stress free. Justin was easily accessible by phone, email, and meetings. He always gave me advance notice of what documents I needed so I never felt rushed or pressured. We kept in constant contact and he was able to answer any of my questions or concerns. I really appreciate how Justin kept my best interests in mind. He made sure I stayed within my means and didn't overextend myself. I refinanced my home several times with Primary Residential Mortgage because Nelson and his team made the whole process so easy! At first I was a little overwhelmed by all the paperwork and I had a lot of questions. When I called his office, his staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they walked me through my concerns. When my documents were ready for signature, they accommodated my schedule for my convenience. I was kept apprised of the status of my loan at all times without even having to inquire. I really felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands and still do. A couple of years after my first loan was complete, the rates dropped further and Nelson initiated a call to me with a brief assessment on how he could lower my payments!! He will be my lender for life!

While our latest transaction was in 2013, we've used Primary Residential Mortgage's services multiple times over the past several years. We've always enjoyed working with Nelson and his team who have been consistently friendly, knowledgeable and professional in supporting each of our financing and refinancing needs. They've also demonstrated sincere concern and resourcefulness on the rare occasion of unforeseen obstacles. For example, during our latest refinancing transaction, the initial property appraiser which is assigned by a third party clearinghouse inexplicably did not complete our property appraisal thereby stalling our refinancing efforts. This prompted Nelson and his staff to engage with the third party clearinghouse to expedite our property appraisal with a replacement appraiser. We look forward to future opportunities to employ his staff's services again.
