My wife Myrna and I were really impressed with the personal service and the extreme knowledge that Mr. Jared Kato was able to share with us during our most recent refinancing experience. Despite the fact that we live on the island of Kauai, and Jared's office is located in Honolulu, we felt like he was here with us to take care of our questions and financial needs. All I needed to do was give him a call or drop him an email, and Jared would respond in a very timely manner. He made my wife and I really feel special and was always looking out for our best interest.On one of our visits to Honolulu, my wife and I made it a point to call Jared and ask to meet him in person, so we could personally express our gratitude for his services. Jared was great in all stages of the refinancing process. He explained the process thoroughly, kept me abreast of the status of the loan, had a great closing, and has kept in touch since the loan has closed to ensure that I was completely happy. Couldn't be more pleased.

Nelson and his team were very helpful in refinancing my mortgage. Everything was in order and quick and no stress to me! They informed me of my refinance options, returned phone calls immediately (sometimes late at night), and the process was so fast. It saved me a lot of time and money!
