The team's knowledge, friendliness, and diligence in the area of loans and refinancing made them stand out above the rest of the competitors. Additionally, he and his staff is very easy to talk to, seeking the best available options for our situation, with no high pressure sales or scare tactics. Nelson and his team were the best to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and always made me feel as though I were a VIP. Any phone calls or questions I had were always responded to right away. Nelson and his team always made decisions and advised me based on what was best for me and not what was best for the company. I have worked with Nelson & his team on a number of occasions over the past 10 years. He has ALWAYS been extremely responsive (calls me back right away or answers my emails no matter how busy he is) & knowledgeable (can always tell me the available options of what we can do). He and his team are always working to make the process as simple & easy for me as possible, even coming to pick-up my documents or come to me to get a signature! Fast, reliable & friendly service 150% of the time!

Very personalized service. Nelson and his team spends the time with you and let's you know there are no "dumb questions". We once had a misunderstanding as processing a loan apparently can be quite complex, but they quickly cleared this up for us.

After working with different mortgage companies over the years, it is my opinion that Nelson and his team are by far the most knowledgeable and professional group out there. He and his staff have years of experience and thus are able to provide advice that is extremely valuable all within the context of their adherence to a high degree of ethical standards.
