My clients, 1st time VA Buyers were working with a large VA Lender NOT in Hawaii. We opened escrow, missed the Conditional Loan deadline, was unable to reach the lender in charge of the case, and my buyers were frustrated and worried that we would fall out of transaction. We filed an extension to closing, because we were still waiting in line to have the file reviewed. It was time to make a switch, I reached out to Linda, and then we started moving! She contacted my buyers the very day I called her, walked them through the process, got the pre-approval, Conditional Loan Approval and Final Loan Approval in 8 days, closing 3 days earlier than the extended closing date. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of working with a local lender who can complete the whole process “in-house”. Linda and her team at PRMI, literally saved this transaction. The communication personally, thru email, and video tutorials, was exactly what my clients needed. Many, many MAHALOS Linda and the PRMI team.

Jenna is always great with quick and open communication! One of the reasons that my sellers chose to work with the buyer is because I worked with Jenna in the past, and told them I was confident in her ability to get things done. Working with Jenna was a win-win for both the buyer and seller!
