Lorelei's communication, attention to detail, and eagerness to go above and beyond
is exceptional. I am so busy. She always followed up with me to make sure I received and addressed documents and issues as required in order to keep us on schedule. Although it was a very small loan, she made it a very smooth process. Primary Residential Mortgage is lucky to have her. I highly recommend Lorelei and Primary Residential Mortgage.
