I would highly recommend Jared! He is very responsive and very knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer it can be overwhelming the amounts of documents to sign. But Jared was very helpful and thorough with explaining each and every document. He made sure we understood what we were signing. On top of all that knowledge, he was always more than happy to answer any questions we had.

I was a first time home buyer, which basically says I had thousands of questions. E-mail worked best for me, and my schedule was very tight. Melissa was the best! I sent her an e-mail with about 20 questions regarding the loan application packet; she responded to every single one. She thoroughly explained every step of the process, answered more questions, extremely patient and kind, very professional! She was able to delivery and pick up packets, due to my tight schedule. Very thankful I had Melissa and the team at InterTrust Mortgage to help with my first home!!!
