We used PRMI Hawaii twice so far for two separate real estate purchases (one in 2011 and one in 2017). We worked with Nelson and Lorelei, both were excellent. No time was too late, no question too crazy. Both times we presented a challenging financial scenario, and both times with their knowledge, we were able to utilize programs or financing that made sense.

Lorelei was extremely responsive and upbeat. Any urgent email sent was followed up with a pleasant phone call. Her positive personality meant we never felt in the dark or afraid to ask about the process and documents we had to sign. She even went out of her way to accommodate our schedule in order to keep the process on track and on time.
