Melissa goes above and beyond to make sure you are well informed of every step of the process. Although at times it became overwhelming she always made sure she was there at ANYTIME to answer any questions that we had. She is very patient, pleasant and above all I know she REALLY loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. I would recommend Melissa to anyone who is planning to purchase a home.
