My experience with Jared -- He is very up-to-date with every single detail related to mortgage, he constantly updates us with the current market trend, interest rates, and all the other details that goes along with the refinance transaction. Very impressive with the way he handled the consolidation of our two mortgages and the closing portion was done smoothly without any loops and glitches. We first met Keith while trying to help a close family member purchase a home. Keith worked very hard and researched every possible angle to help us qualify for the loan. After many conversations, questions and answers, he put the numbers together and we found that we couldn’t qualify. Later, my husband and I decided to apply for a refinance on our own apartment. Keith helped us to refinance our house in 2011. He also helped us recently to buy a rental. He was punctual, accommodating, and did as much as possible to facilitate both operations. Aware of the fact that we are very busy, he even brought a notary to our house for the closing so we could sign all the papers in our home instead of going somewhere during or after work.
