I texted Keith on Mother's day, during a dinner. He got back to me promptly. A little background on my situation. We had yet to (my gf and I) even be pre-qualified. He phoned me back, got some info and walked me through the beginning of pre-approval which we needed in 2 days. We ended our call at 11 something p.m. that night. The next day he walked us through more steps, got me pointed straight as an arrow so that I felt totally secure with the process and allowed us to use HIS OFFICE as the place to finalize our offer papers. My mom and dad were bombarding him with questions, I had questions.. Needless to say, our broker showed up a tad late and things ran over, as in hours past when he was scheduled to close. He didn't budge one bit, still offering us refreshments AND EVEN sharing some research HE HAD DONE ON THE PROPERTY well into the night. It was tidbits of information that NOT EVEN MY BROKER was on point with. Things that could have proved substantially painful had we gotten the home, which unfortunately we did not. This guy is just a loan officer. I'm sorry to say this, but he was more versed than my realtor. I'm so sorry, I hope you don't read this, but it's the GD truth. Then, there at the age of 32, and with limited experience in this whole process of buying a first time home, I knew that this guy was a keeper. He will make you feel like you are the only person in the world. A+ service, loyalty, dedication and diligence. Knows his stuff inside and out and proved to me that I need to get him out there for others to find. I'm taking the time to register and post this review because he went so far beyond the call of duty it's sinister. Didn't get one cent for all that hard work. Don't worry, Keith. We got you. Thank you for all that you did for us, we'll be back. M & J

Promptly brought documents to our home.Explained in detail the process for our loan, kept us appraised on the loan approval status. Worked two loans at the same time to facilitate closing the deal within 45 days
