Mona was great! She patiently and professionally walked me through each step of the loan process. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me timely reminders in presenting all of the paperwork needed to process my loan. She was always available to help. If I was unable to reach her directly to ask a question and therefore had to leave a voicemail on her phone, she would be super quick to return my calls. I could not have asked for a more amicable and professional person to deal with!

Jeremy provided numerous rate sheet reports with charts, projections, etc. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. Jeremy’s pleasant nature and helpful tone encouraged me to keep asking questions until I felt very comfortable with the prospect of buying my very first home. The tools offered at PRMI (detailed rate sheets, online encryption for file sharing) are of tremendous value to the data-inclined buyer. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend his services.
