Our original bank was unable to provide a final approval due to a building issue. We started the process with Mark Ikehara, and he was able to persuade the seller to wait a couple more weeks to close the loan. This was probably the most difficult part of the closing process and one most brokers would have balked at. Mark went above and beyond.

We were trying to close as quickly as possible and they hustled to get things done for us. Mark Ikehara is also a great representative for PRMI's offices -- friendly, knowledgeable and very communicative, which helped since we live out of state. We will definitely be using them again for our future refinancing needs.
