Jared was very prompt, understanding, patient and easy to talk to. Had a great time working with him- especially as first time buyers and with the process being new and husband not on the island we were walked through every step until we understand what was going on! Jared handled the refinancing of our mortgage during a critical time with Covid-19. He was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process and made the transition with our mortgage a smooth ride. He was eager to help us out during the unforeseen circumstances and challenges that came about during the pandemic. We applaud Jared for his time and efforts and appreciate him very much.
