I would highly recommend Jared! He is very responsive and very knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer it can be overwhelming the amounts of documents to sign. But Jared was very helpful and thorough with explaining each and every document. He made sure we understood what we were signing. On top of all that knowledge, he was always more than happy to answer any questions we had.

My experience with Jared -- He is very up-to-date with every single detail related to mortgage, he constantly updates us with the current market trend, interest rates, and all the other details that goes along with the refinance transaction. Very impressive with the way he handled the consolidation of our two mortgages and the closing portion was done smoothly without any loops and glitches. Jared's qualities will surely endear him to his future clients.

He was always ready to help. Responded to our questions immediately. Was available during the weekends. Promptly brought documents to our home.Explained in detail the process for our loan, kept us appraised on the loan approval status. Worked two loans at the same time to facilitate closing the deal within 45 days
