Steve has always been a cut-above. His knowledge about loans and finance is second to none. There was no a question that he couldn't answer. He takes things that are complicated and makes them simple. He speaks in such a way where an average-Joe like me can understand while not making me feel foolish. Best part is that he is always available and super relatable. Steve is kind and extremely patient. He makes you feel like you're the only loan that he's working on. Very highly recommended

Steven’s expertise and dedication to customer care is top-notch. He was thorough in explaining the refi process, very responsive to all questions, extremely conscientious. He and his team also made the process as easy as possible, not to mention quick! Online e-signature system was also great.

We had done a REFI before so I expected this to be completely painless, but PRMI kept needing more & more info, more documents signed & took a long time to process paperwork. Steven was great - he promptly answered all our questions, kept us in the loop & fixed issues as they arose. Without him, I doubt I would have closed this deal.
