The communication that Steven provided even during this COVID19 time he still kept us up to date every step of the way. We never felt out of touch even as the rates fell and he must have been flooded, but he still kept in touch. Very satisfied with the service, process and results. Thanks Steven.

I was referred to Steven through a personal financial relationship to do a refinance loan. I was very proactive with my communication and provided all the docs in a very timely manner. It's now been almost 3 months and I've been completely ghosted by Steven with no follow up at all. Even promised to call me and never heard from him. My experience was filled with deceit and wasted time.
