Steven Tagawa has always been a reliable person who we enjoyed working with over the past 20 years. He’s a great wealth of knowledge but most of all puts our best interest in the fore front. There's a reason why I've been with Sean Hashimoto for the past 8 years. He's always been on top of everything and informing me every second of the way. Even if there's no results yet. He would just email us and ask how we're doing and what to expect next. I appreciate the extra miles he goes out of his way for. Even after work hours my emails was answered. Extra professional about things, but treats us like family. Very knowledgeable. I don't recall a time he didnt know how to respond.

Sean and his team were exceptional at getting our refi processed from start to finish. Even from 2600 miles away he was able to get us timely info, answered all our questions and kept us on track. This was a surprisingly smooth process, but we know it wouldn’t have been possible without Sean to guide us through the jargon and details. 1st and foremost, Sean has the right personality and enthusiasm required for any type of service provider. 2ndly, Sean is always available and always there to calm our nerves. When we're talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars, I wouldn't want anyone else to help in our home refi needs.
