We are greatful for the outcome, but the process was frustrating.
Throughout the process, we felt as though we had to defend our job status, and legitimate bills. A lot of that seems to be from having answered questions, only to be find out the question wasn't addressing what really was needed. More needs to be done to support clients in using the online capabilities, that either wasn't intuitive or didn't provide appropriate interaction because of a browser setting.

From my initial meet with May I could tell that I was in good trusting hands. She was honest with me about what I needed to get done on my end, and always kept me up to date with what she was working on for approval and kept me focused on reaching my end goal. Her lifting spirits and enthusiasm made this process seem on my end, painless. I'd recommend any home buyer, first time or not, to seek out assistance from May!

Craig made everything very easy and convenient but he was always available to answer questions and very patient with explaining everything out. He can get things done quickly. I am sure that Craig is juggling multiple clients at once but he has a good memory on where you are at and what needs to be done. I especially appreciate how organized he is - it made the whole process so much less stressful.
