Sean helped my husband and I get to where we needed to be in order to purchase a property. He helped us set reasonable financial goals and would check in on us regularly. When we were ready and selected the property we wanted to buy, the process was quick and smooth. He was always available via phone or email for any questions that we had. As first time homebuyers we couldn't have asked for a better mortgage broker.

We had done a REFI before so I expected this to be completely painless, but PRMI kept needing more & more info, more documents signed & took a long time to process paperwork. Steven was great - he promptly answered all our questions, kept us in the loop & fixed issues as they arose. Without him, I doubt I would have closed this deal.
