We are greatful for the outcome, but the process was frustrating. Throughout the process, we felt as though we had to defend our job status, and legitimate bills. A lot of that seems to be from having answered questions, only to be find out the question wasn't addressing what really was needed. More needs to be done to support clients in using the online capabilities, that either wasn't intuitive or didn't provide appropriate interaction because of a browser setting.

Craig made everything very easy and convenient but he was always available to answer questions and very patient with explaining everything out. He can get things done quickly. I am sure that Craig is juggling multiple clients at once but he has a good memory on where you are at and what needs to be done. I especially appreciate how organized he is - it made the whole process so much less stressful.

Craig and his team took care of everything! His team pursued a path that I thought would be the best option for our family, however when that option did not pan out, Craig and team came up with other options and diligently just went to work. With advanced technology, we were able to complete everything online quickly and timely! Thank you so much we really appreciate your help!

The experience was good overall. Craig was very responsive and patient in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. However, when it came time to lock in our rate, the communication could've been better executed (i.e., giving us the rate options via email with only a ~2-hour window to respond before the investor lock desk closed was a bit frustrating, since we're not on our email all the time while at work. A phone call would've been preferred for time-sensitive matters.

Craig kept in constant touch regarding the needed paperwork and was able to work around some difficult financing issues. Craig was very professional, courteous, and flexible throughout the process.
