Craig was extremely helpful during this process, taking the time to explain in detail the process and the fees so that I felt comfortable. Further, he was extremely quick in jumping in and pushing to obtain the necessary detail and complete all steps timely for an on time closure.

There was some miscommunication with Criag around closing costs and disclosure of those total costs to both Kevin and me. Also, Title Guaranty Escrow Services, LLC provided unsatisfactory service. They made mistakes on names a couple times which resulted in needing to have some of the closing docs reprinted during signing. They also delayed disbursement of funds to Frank Rebelo Miholer due to their lack of knowledge and preparation for wire transfer.
