I was referred to Steven through a personal financial relationship to do a refinance loan. I was very proactive with my communication and provided all the docs in a very timely manner. It's now been almost 3 months and I've been completely ghosted by Steven with no follow up at all. Even promised to call me and never heard from him. My experience was filled with deceit and wasted time.

From the beginning to the end, May/Steven and their team were exceptional. They were professional, helpful, prompt and personable. More than willing to answer my questions to put my mind at ease. May also took the time to understand my situation to provide options that were best suited for me. The whole home buying process can be stressful and harrowing but they guided me through the process skillfully.
